1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and jackph ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jackph website located at https://jackph.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jackph accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• jackph does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose fees or charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the jackph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds from an account denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider will apply.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jackph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

In no event shall jackph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Services exceed the amount you have paid to jackph in the 90 days preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.

9. Account Closure and Termination

jackph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other jackph policy.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonuses or pending wagering requirements, those will be forfeited upon account closure.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jackph Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without jackph's prior written consent. jackph may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jackph regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
